Advice on Planning Permission Building Regulations in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch
Advice on applying for Planning Permission
Planning Permission is required for some building work, but smaller improvements may be covered by what is known as 'permitted development' and can be carried out without planning permission provided they comply with the permitted development rules and restrictions. We will certainly be able to guide you as to what steps you may need to take for building alterations, building extensions, conservatories and orangeries. If you do need to make a formal application for Planning Permission e.g. to build a new house or extension, we have access to all of the professionals and specialists to provide you with the services that you will require.
Advice on Building Regulations
Building Regulations exist to ensure that certain standards are met in building work. This can range from those set to ensure people using the building are safe, to ensuring that the materials and components used in, say, double glazing for a conservatory, conserve heat to to the required standard. We are responsible for ensuring that we comply with Building Regulations for the products that we supply and the way that they are installed and will give you the advice that relates to any of the work that you ask us to do.
